We use the finest selection of meat for our kebabs which are then cooked on traditional hot charcoal grills. Meat is a great source of protein, zinc, iron, magnesium and vitamins A, B, and D. Including meat as part of a balanced diet will ensure you get enough protein as well as vitamins and minerals. This can help with the healthy functioning of your body.
If you are vegetarian there are other sources of protein such as chickpeas, which is what our houmous is made from.
We use a range of Turkish food ingredients including spices, herbs, olive oil, houmous, and falafel.
